ThinCats expands healthcare origination team with appointment of Satyen Shingadia

Satyen will work alongside Richard Henshaw, ThinCats’ Head of Healthcare as the team expands to meet increasing funding demand from businesses in the care sector.

Satyen is well known within the healthcare funding sector having recently served as Relationship Director Commercial Banking at Cynergy Bank for more than 3 years. Prior to Cynergy, Satyen spent 5 years as Commercial Banking Manager at Metro Bank.

Since launching its healthcare team in 2020 ThinCats has provided more than £180 million in funding, primarily to mid-sized operators in the residential and domiciliary sectors.
