Funding Story

We are delighted to have supported supported award-winning digital agency UNRVLD with its acquisition of digital commerce consultancy Made to Engage (MTE). This marks the second acquisition for the BGF backed business, following their purchase of Delete which ThinCats funded in October 2020.

Founded on a rich digital heritage, UNRVLD is an award-winning digital agency and top tier Sitecore Platinum Partner. The company has offices in Cardiff, Manchester and London and more than 65 digital specialists in-house, including Sitecore developers, visual and UX designers, digital marketers, SEO and digital strategists.

Supercharged by BGF, their innovation-led investment partners, UNRVLD is continuing its ambitious buy and build strategy with their latest acquisition of Made to Engage (MTE). MTE is a digital consultancy and Optimizely premium partner for digital experience, with offices in Belfast, London and Amsterdam. With strong synergies, the acquisition will enhance UNRVLDs service capabilities and position it as a market leading expert in the operation of Digital Experience Platforms.

We would like to thank ThinCats and our partners BGF for sharing in and backing our vision for the business. Together, we are driving UNRVLD’s mission forwards and this acquisition will ensure we are even better placed to improve our clients’ success with ground-breaking digital solutions and services that improve their customers’ lives.
