Greg has a diverse blend of SME expertise across direct lending, special situations and distressed turnaround investing, which he believes enables ThinCats to take a unique approach.  Undertaking fundamental value analysis on each opportunity, with appropriate appreciation for downside protection, allows ThinCats to approach each deal with a commercial understanding that many competitors are unable to replicate.

Greg is involved with all aspects of the investment process from identifying and refining credit mandates, assessing opportunities as a member of the investment committee, running the credit team, and portfolio management.

Greg has over 15 years’ experience on the buy-side across a wide range of products with more of a focus on the SME end of the market. His wide-ranging experience is born from financial institutions such as ESO Capital, Sun Capital Partners, Barings and KPMG.
