With awards season in full swing, ThinCats was delighted to be named ‘Non-bank Lender of the Year’ at the 2021 Thames Valley Deal awards ceremony held in November.
We are honoured to be recognized for our funding in the region, not only in the last 18 months but also pre - and post COVID. It was great event and fantastic opportunity to reconnect with the finance community in person and see well deserved winners and nominees at the ceremony.

GLOBAL 4 COMMUNICATIONS
Horsham-based Global 4 Communications provides innovative B2B and B2C telecoms solutions, serving businesses from SMEs to some of the largest market leading companies throughout the UK, supplying and installing telephone and broadband systems to private customers and across a broad range of sectors including estate agents, pharmacies, schools, dentists, retailers, petrol stations and charities.
TriSpan has acquired a significant majority stake in the restaurant group through its dedicated restaurant fund Rising Stars, and ThinCats were approached to provide refinance and capex for growth in support of the acquisition. ThinCats were advised by Harrison Clark Rickerbys.

Flat Iron are opening their seventh restaurant on 21st January 2019 in Tooley St by London Bridge. They have secured a further site in Spitalfields due to open in summer, with plans for at least one further opening in 2021.
