ThinCats Tech team recently undertook a leadership development day

As part of our commitment to invest in our people our Technology team recently undertook a Leadership Development day. The Day focused on the principle of everyone in the team is a leader, something they have been cultivating for the past year.

Through a series of exercises including individual leadership profiling, the team were able to learn more about their leadership style and motivations aimed at developing leadership qualities and fostering co-operation among team members. From each exercise the teams were able to consider the learning and how it applies within their role. This allows them to apply the concepts and skills learned during the training.

Dickson Training led the day providing guidance, observing team dynamics, and offering feedback to help identify areas for improvement. They also introduced various leadership concepts and theory to help all the team members develop their leadership style. The leadership training aims to empower with the necessary skills, knowledge, and confidence to lead effectively and foster a positive and productive team culture. Training and development are important not just for the Technology team but across the entire company as we invest in people to build a world class business.
