We are delighted to have provided a significant growth capital facility to residential children’s home service provider My Tribe, that allows them to realise their plans to expand across the South East.

Founded in July 2021 by Poonam & Ravi Sharma, My Tribe accommodates children with a variety of social, emotional and mental health needs.

Through its’ diverse and highly experienced management team, therapeutic model, and strong team culture alongside strong regulatory outcomes, My Tribe has built a strong reputation in a short time, generating very strong demand for their services, both locally throughout the South East and nationally.

“A clear passion and drive to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and to ensure that they are loved, protected and supported.” (Ofsted Report, April 2023)

The group currently has two operational family homes; Phoenix House, and Aurora House, situated within walking distance to Maidstone Town Centre. The funding provided assisted them to acquire Lotus House and Nova House which are due to be operational in the coming months with the group looking forward to welcoming the new My Tribe family members.
