Founded in 2004 in response to a recognised need in the housing industry for a professional specialist contracting company, JLES offers consultancy, project management and construction solutions to public and private sector clients across the UK.
It is the only UK operator that has the technical capability and engineering expertise to provide all services required for the adoption and the subsequent release of any related bond for roads, sewers and open spaces, including legal, statutory body liaison, on-site works and surveying on a guaranteed, fixed fee basis.
Following growth capital from ThinCats in 2020, JLES has gone from strength to strength and is well positioned to capitalise on new market opportunities. Now approaching its 20th birthday, this new funding is an investment to secure the next 20 years of the business by backing the leadership team who have driven growth and have an ambitious vision for the future.
