We are thrilled to have supported Bluprintx, the strategic digital transformation consultancy backed by Palatine Private Equity, with its acquisition of Australian Salesforce specialist Skie, in a move that significantly strengthens its global Salesforce capabilities and underlines its ambition to become a leading global consolidator across the Salesforce and Adobe ecosystems.

Founded just over six years ago, Skie has rapidly established itself as one of APAC’s fastest-growing Salesforce consultancies, with over 210 certifications and a 50-strong team of experts. The company is known for its creative, high-performance approach to digital transformation, as well as its leadership in implementing Agentforce, Salesforce’s AI platform for autonomous enterprise agents, more widely than any other firm outside of the global systems integrators.

The acquisition, completed in February 2025, marks Bluprintx’s latest step in its strategic buy-and-build strategy. It follows a series of international acquisitions, including IO Integration, Definitive Results, and ITG Commerce. The deal was funded by ThinCats who have also provided an acquisition facility which will enable Bluprintx to expand its capabilities and reach across key geographies.

Skie Co-Founder and Managing Director, Adam Troughear, will join the Bluprintx leadership team, contributing to the development and execution of the company’s global Salesforce strategy.

“Joining Bluprintx is an evolution of Skie’s high-performance growth journey” said Troughear. “We’ve built a reputation across APAC for delivering transformative outcomes for our clients by leveraging the breadth of the Salesforce platform. Now, with Bluprintx, we can take our transformation journeys further. We can answer what’s next across the entire front office experience.”

Skie brings exceptional Salesforce capabilities, a brilliant leadership team, and a depth of experience that aligns perfectly with our broader strategy. This acquisition strengthens our position across APAC and adds new momentum to our goal of reaching £100 million in revenue, while helping enterprise clients scale intelligently through data, AI, and technology-led transformation.Lee Hackett, Group CEO of Bluprintx

Michelle Heptinstall, Director, ThinCats commented: “We are delighted to have backed the Bluprintx management team with this acquisition and their vision for the business. It was great working with the expert team at Palatine and we are excited to be on this journey with them.”

With over 200 employees across offices in Liverpool, Dallas, Sydney, Melbourne, Budapest, London and Singapore, Bluprintx is strategically focused on supporting enterprise clients with complex sales, marketing, and service transformations, leveraging its deep expertise in Adobe, Salesforce, and AI-enhanced solutions.

This acquisition reinforces Bluprintx’s long-term vision to reshape the digital consultancy landscape, delivering a new kind of global partner — one that balances scale, specialisation, and innovation.
