We are delighted to have supported Broadlight Group with its acquisition of Sussex based digital marketing agency Chillibyte. The deal marks the third acquisition in 11 months for Broadlight Group, adding to its growing portfolio of specialist marketing agencies.

The deals follow Broadlight Group’s recent purchases of specialist PPC and Facebook agency, Pixal in March this year and multi-discipline agency Generate UK in December 2021.

Headquartered in Surrey, Broadlight is a collective group of agencies, with each having expertise in various fields, including sales outreach, SEO, PPC and website design. Their agencies have run highly successful campaigns and programmes for a wide range of clients in the B2B and SME space.

Founded in 2013, Chillibyte, is an established digital marketing agency based in Horsham. Their team of digital professionals, ranging from SEO and PPC experts, web designers and UX conversion strategists work with a range of clients from small local companies to larger national PLCs.

The enhanced functions, now delivered by a 65-strong team of specialists, expand Broadlight Group’s B2B marketing capabilities even further and boost the group’s ability to deliver a broad range of services to a growing client base.

This acquisition represents another important milestone in our ambitious growth strategy, broadening our expertise and enhancing our service offering. Chillibyte has built a fantastic reputation in the market and we believe it is a strong strategic fit within the Group given its diverse client base, experience and culture.
We are thankful to the team at ThinCats who gave us great support as ever, during this acquisition process. Thanks goes also to the team at Altenburg Advisory who provided invaluable strategic advice and to Sarah Harrison and the team at Clarion for being so diligent
